DON'T QUIT

Life is hard. Bad things happen to good people everyday.However, I do believe there is a plan. Sometimes it is so hard to see why some things unfold the way they do but the greatest hurdles we face in life become our greatest lessons if we let them. This prayer is on my bathroom mirror and I read it every single day. I am sure you have seen it before but it is one you can read over and over again and get inspiration from everyday.

When things go wrong as they sometimes will,
When the road you are trudging seems all uphill,
When the funds are low and the debts are high,
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit,
Rest, if you must But Don't You Quit.
Life is queer with its twists and turns,
As everyone of us sometimes learns,
And many a failure turns about
When he might have won had he stuck it out;
Don't give up though the pace seems slow-
You may succeed with another blow.
Success is failure turned inside out-
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt,
And you never can tell how close you are,
It may be near when it seems so far;
So stick to the fight when you are hardest hit-
It's when things seem worst
That You Must Not Quit.
